AFFILIATE PROGRAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Laira Jewels Affiliate Program. By applying to become a Laira Jewels Affiliate, you agree to read, understand and follow the terms and conditions mentioned below.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 The Affiliate Program is available to individuals who provide accurate and genuine information during registration.

1.2 You must have an active Laira Jewels customer account to apply for the Affiliate Program.

1.3 One person should maintain only one Affiliate account unless otherwise approved by Laira Jewels.

1.4 Laira Jewels reserves the right to review, approve, reject or suspend an Affiliate application based on the information provided.

2. AFFILIATE APPROVAL

2.1 Submission of an application does not automatically activate an Affiliate account.

2.2 All applications are subject to review and approval by Laira Jewels.

2.3 Until approval is granted, the applicant will remain in Pending Approval status.

2.4 Laira Jewels may request additional information where required for verification.

3. AFFILIATE LINK AND REFERRALS

3.1 Approved Affiliates may receive a unique Affiliate Code and Affiliate Link.

3.2 The Affiliate Link must be used only for genuine promotional and referral activities.

3.3 Referral tracking may remain active for the tracking period specified by Laira Jewels. The standard tracking period is 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3.4 A commission may be recorded only when a qualifying order is successfully attributed to the Affiliate according to the Laira Jewels tracking system.

3.5 Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned or otherwise determined to be non-qualifying may not be eligible for commission.

4. COMMISSION

4.1 The standard Affiliate commission rate is 10%, unless a different rate has been specifically assigned to an Affiliate by Laira Jewels.

4.2 Commission is calculated only on eligible order value according to the Laira Jewels Affiliate Program rules.

4.3 A commission shown as pending is not yet available for payout.

4.4 Commission becomes eligible only after the applicable order return/refund period and required verification period have been completed.

4.5 If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related commission may be cancelled or adjusted.

5. PAYOUT

5.1 The minimum payout amount is ₹500.

5.2 Payouts are processed manually by Laira Jewels.

5.3 Available commission must meet the minimum payout requirement before a payout request can be submitted.

5.4 Affiliates are responsible for providing correct UPI or bank payment information.

5.5 Laira Jewels is not responsible for delays or failed transfers caused by incorrect payment details supplied by the Affiliate.

5.6 Laira Jewels may request verification of payment information before processing a payout.

6. PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES

6.1 Affiliates may promote Laira Jewels through legitimate social media, websites, messaging platforms and other permitted promotional channels.

6.2 Affiliates must use accurate product, pricing and offer information.

6.3 Affiliates must not make false, misleading or unverified claims about Laira Jewels or its products.

6.4 Affiliates must not represent themselves as employees, owners, official representatives or agents of Laira Jewels unless expressly authorised.

6.5 Affiliates must not use deceptive practices to generate clicks, referrals or orders.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are not permitted:

• Fake or fraudulent orders

• Self-referrals intended to generate commission

• Misleading advertisements or claims

• Spam or unsolicited promotional messages

• Manipulation of clicks, visits or referrals

• Misuse of Affiliate Codes or Links

• Impersonation of Laira Jewels or its representatives

• Any activity intended to manipulate the Affiliate tracking or commission system

• Any unlawful activity

Laira Jewels may cancel commissions associated with prohibited or fraudulent activity.

8. ACCOUNT STATUS AND SUSPENSION

8.1 Affiliate accounts may have statuses such as Pending Approval, Active or Suspended.

8.2 Laira Jewels may suspend an Affiliate account if there is suspected fraud, misuse, inaccurate information, prohibited promotional activity or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

8.3 During suspension, new commissions or payout requests may be restricted until the matter is reviewed.

8.4 Where an account is terminated for violation of these Terms, pending or unpaid commissions associated with invalid activity may be cancelled.

9. AFFILIATE INFORMATION

9.1 Affiliates must keep their registration, contact and payment information accurate and updated.

9.2 Affiliates should promptly update information that becomes outdated or incorrect.

9.3 Laira Jewels may use the information provided by an Affiliate for account management, verification, commission calculation, payout processing and communication relating to the Affiliate Program, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 Laira Jewels trademarks, logos, product images, written content and other brand materials remain the property of their respective owners.

10.2 Affiliates may use promotional materials provided or permitted by Laira Jewels for genuine Affiliate promotion.

10.3 Affiliates must not modify, reproduce or use Laira Jewels brand materials in a way that may misrepresent the relationship with Laira Jewels.

11. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

11.1 Laira Jewels may modify commission rates, tracking periods, payout rules, promotional requirements or other Affiliate Program terms when necessary.

11.2 Updated Terms & Conditions will be published on the Laira Jewels website.

11.3 Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. LIMITATION OF COMMISSION

Commission is payable only for qualifying transactions that are successfully tracked and meet the applicable Affiliate Program requirements.

Laira Jewels does not guarantee any particular number of clicks, referrals, orders, sales or commission earnings.

13. TERMINATION

13.1 An Affiliate may request closure of their Affiliate account by contacting Laira Jewels support.

13.2 Laira Jewels may terminate or suspend an Affiliate account where these Terms & Conditions are violated or where continued participation is otherwise not permitted under the Program rules.

13.3 Termination does not remove obligations relating to previously processed transactions, fraudulent activity or other applicable responsibilities.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting an application to the Laira Jewels Affiliate Program, you confirm that:

• The information provided by you is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• You have read and understood these Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

• You agree to comply with the Laira Jewels Affiliate Program rules.

• You understand that Affiliate approval is subject to review by Laira Jewels.

• You understand that commission is payable only on qualifying transactions according to the Program rules.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not submit an Affiliate application.
